Sustainability has played an important role in shaping CDC since day one. Since our inception in 2007, we have embedded sustainability into how we design, build and operate our data centres, from our approach to water and energy to how we support our people and communities.
As CDC has grown, our approach has continued to evolve. Our sustainability reporting is part of that journey, providing a transparent view of our priorities, performance and progress over time.
Here you can explore our voluntary sustainability reports and mandatory climate-related disclosures. Together, they provide greater insight into the actions we are taking, the progress we are making and how we are responding to evolving sustainability expectations.
AASB S2 mandatory climate-related disclosures

This year, CDC has published its first Sustainability Report under the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures, detailing information about our climate-related risks and opportunities across governance, risk management, strategy, and metrics and targets.
Voluntary environmental, social and governance report
CDC publishes an annual Sustainability Update which outlines our approach, performance and disclosures across environmental, social and governance topics. Our approach to sustainability is built on three pillars:
