More than 100 representatives from CDC's development, construction and delivery partner network came together this week for a briefing on the next phase of the Marsden Park project.
The event brought together organisations from across the project's supply chain, including engineering, electrical services, manufacturing, plumbing, civil works, construction and specialist trades. It was an opportunity to align on project priorities, strengthen partnerships and recognise the collective effort required to deliver critical digital infrastructure.
While data centres are often associated with technology, their impact extends far beyond the digital economy. Projects like Marsden Park support a diverse ecosystem of businesses and create opportunities for skilled workers, local suppliers and industry partners at every stage of development.
From early works and engineering through to manufacturing, construction and ongoing operations, the project relies on the expertise of hundreds of people and organisations working together towards a common goal.
The strong attendance reflected the depth of collaboration behind the project and the important role our partners play in delivering not only digital infrastructure, but also jobs, investment and economic opportunities across Western Sydney.
