At CDC, our highest priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone working at or visiting our facilities.

Our leaders are committed to driving continual improvement in all areas of CDC’s health and safety systems.

We maintain the ISO45001 certification in support of our vision and commitments to employees and customers and follow a strict framework to ensure we always meet the highest of standards.

An industry leader in diversity and inclusion

CDC is committed to creating a work environment and culture that embraces and celebrates diverse backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.

Our leave policies include gender neutral parental leave and increased leave for volunteering and defence reserve participation.

We are implementing a number of programs to increase diversity and we actively encourage women in construction and STEM through tailored programs.

Developing a high performance and purpose-drive team

The CDC Academy is CDC's dedicated learning platform of adaptive, flexible and specialised data centre training.

It has been purposely designed to educate and empower our people to continue to deliver the technical excellence our customers need and expect for managing and protecting their most critical environments.

Making a measurable difference in our communities

Since its inception, CDC has been a proud supporter of community organisations, including social charities and sporting associations.

We are passionate about creating positive benefit in the communities in which we operate and we encourage our people to volunteer and support charities that are meaningful to them.

This includes specific leave days available to staff for volunteering purposes.

We currently support 14 local organisations and as our data centre footprint grows our support of local community organisations will also grow.
