Sustainability at CDC

CDC was founded in a water‑constrained environment and has made deliberate engineering and operational decisions to manage resource use and support long-term operational resilience. Our approach to sustainability is guided by an established ESG strategy that supports the development of resilient infrastructure, empowers our team to lead with purpose and helps us meet evolving customer needs.

2026 Sustainability Report


AASB S2 mandatory climate-related disclosures

CDC integrates climate-related considerations into how we plan, develop and operate to support the delivery of secure, resilient and scalable long-life critical infrastructure.  

This year, CDC has published its first Sustainability Report under the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures, detailing information about our climate-related risks and opportunities across governance, risk management, strategy, and metrics and targets.

First Nations Recognition
