Since founding the company in 2007, CDC has grown from a start-up to become a leading owner, developer and operator of large-scale, highly secure and sovereign data centres across Australia and New Zealand. The success and high regard of CDC as a strategic partner to the most discerning government and critical infrastructure customers can be attributed to Greg’s vision and leadership of a high performing executive team.

Jane Webster joined CDC in November 2023 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Jane has more than 20 years’ experience as a construction and infrastructure lawyer and company secretary, having worked for an ASX listed company, a Commonwealth owned company developing nationally significant infrastructure, as well as a top tier national law firm. With experience gained in the freight and logistics, ports, rail and government sectors, Jane has successfully established and led teams delivering critical infrastructure projects in complex operating environments and during periods of change and growth. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute.

Dr Jack R Dan is the Chief Strategy Officer at CDC, leading the company’s strategy, growth, sustainability and engagement. Previously, Jack spent over 20 years in leadership roles in diverse environments, ranging from start-up companies and academia, to government, international organisations and large multinational companies, in Australia and abroad. Jack is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra and the University of New South Wales, a member of the UNSW School of Business Advisory Board and a Graduate of the Australian Insititute of Company Directors.

Natasha Warwick joined CDC in 2020 and was appointed Chief People Officer, a position created to develop, promote and implement CDC’s people and culture strategy in support of the company’s significant growth objectives. Natasha’s commitment to talent acquisition and employee development has driven substantial growth for CDC and has earned her a reputation as a strong people leader and trusted executive advisor.

Annabelle Grant joined CDC in 2023 as Head of Finance and has since stepped into Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Annabelle has an extensive background in listed, multinational and private companies including Engie, Origin and GFG Alliance. An experienced senior executive, Annabelle oversees the financial and risk management functions of CDC’s rapidly expanding domestic and international operations. Annabelle has extensive experience in guiding teams and organisations through periods of change and growth, earning her a reputation as a trusted advisor, problem solver and authentic leader. Annabelle has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland and has been a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand since 2002.

Andrew Kirker joined CDC in 2019 as General Manager of Enterprise Business and Data Centre Strategy to support the growth and geographic expansion of CDC internationally. Since joining CDC, Andrew has successfully led the company’s geographic expansion outside of Australia into his native New Zealand and now leads the New Zealand business as Managing Director. Andrew also leads CDC's engagements with Hyperscale customers.

Danielle Finnigan joined CDC in 2023 as the Head of External Affairs, responsible for Communications, Marketing, Media Relations, Policy and Government Relations to support CDC’s position as the pre-eminent data centre developer, owner and operator across Australia and New Zealand. Danielle has over 22 years’ experience working in leadership roles specialising in strategic planning, large scale digital and business transformation, strategic organisational change management, communications, and corporate affairs. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University and brings a unique and strategic approach to the role.

Max Bristow joined CDC in 2014 and was appointed Chief Development Officer in 2022, to lead the expansion of the company’s operational footprint across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, Max held the role of Chief Infrastructure Officer, responsible for CDC’s development, operations and information technology functions. In his current role, Max provides a dedicated focus to developing CDC’s world-class data centres.

Glenn Uidam joined CDC in 2022 as the Chief Operations Officer, responsible for Operational Strategy, Digital Network Services, and our portfolio of Critical Data Centres assets. Having over 20 years’ experience leading significant IT & critical infrastructure portfolios across Asia Pacific, Glenn specialises in strategic planning, technology innovation, data analytics, engineering excellence, mergers & acquisitions, and is passionate about empowering & mentoring teams to advance the industry’s highest standards.

Sarah Lawley joined CDC in 2023 as the Head of Energy Supply, a position created to lead CDC’s energy contracting activities and energy investments, and to support CDC in continuing to access affordable, decarbonised, and reliable energy supply arrangements into the future. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the energy and resources sector and has held a broad range of executive positions, including leading the wholesale risk management functions of several electricity retailers. She has managed a number of energy portfolios within Australia, including several renewable energy-dominated portfolios and including residential, commercial and industrial consumption profiles. Sarah holds a PhD in Subatomic Physics from the University of Adelaide and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Energy.

Simon Black joined CDC in 2019 and was appointed Chief Customer Officer in 2020, a role created to lead the company’s sales and customer success teams and drive continued growth across Australia’s public and private sector markets. Building strong, high-performing and multi-disciplined sales and delivery teams across a number of business lines is a hallmark of Simon’s leadership.

Simone Concha joined CDC in 2023 as Head of ESG, leading the company's ESG strategy, implementation and reporting. With more than 20 years experience across the design, construction, consulting, infrastructure, property and real estate sectors, Simone has successfully developed sustainability governance frameworks and managed the delivery of sustainability outcomes for a number of large international businesses and government organisations. Simone holds a double degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Japanese language.
