Marsden Park, Sydney NSW

Digital infrastructure in a growing industrial centre.

About the project

CDC is building a new data centre within the Marsden Park industrial precinct on Hollinsworth Road.

The Marsden Park data centre will help meet growing demand for digital infrastructure and offer local, secure data capacity to support government and essential services in Western Sydney and beyond.

The project includes:

  • Five four-storey buildings and one two-storey building.
  • A dedicated electrical substation on Hollinsworth Road
  • An internal road network with on-site car parking
  • Landscaping, to improve public amenity
  • Electrical upgrades to support the data centre campus, providing additional grid capacity for the whole precinct.

Additionally, the Marsden Park data centre will help the local economy through jobs and business opportunities during construction and once operational.

Project timeline

A large scale and complex project like this takes time to plan and develop. The Marsden Park campus was approved by NSW Government in November 2025 and construction is expected to continue into 2029.

Expansion: refers to new campuses. Growth: refers to capacity increase on existing campuses.
